It is possible to pass at 2.8 m at daily tide. Do not sail too close to the green lighthouse where depths below 2 m have been observed. A sandbank has accumulated. See map.
Despite a timely application for a dredging permit for excavated material from the cleaning of the entrance to Grenaa Marina, the Danish Environmental Protection Agency has not been able to process the case for the 2026 season.
We have therefore had a survey of the depth conditions in the entrance made, the results can be seen on the attached survey map.
